The first two seasons of MTV’s drama series Teen Wolf have landed on Netflix UK.
Based very loosely on the Micheal J. Fox film of the same name, the show stars Tyler Posey as teenage wolf Scott McCall, Dylan O’Brien as best friend Stiles and Crystal Reed as girlfriend Allison.
Seasons one and two received their UK debut on Sky Living and have been recently repeated by Channel Five’s 5Star.
Sky’s decision to drop the show after its second run means its third season has never been shown on UK TV and has only been available via iTunes.
Channel 5 has previously declined to say whether it will be showing seasons three onwards but with 5Star limited to Standard Definition, many fans will be hoping that Netflix adds them to its lineup in the coming weeks and months.
The streaming service also offers Scream, the MTV series based on Wes Craven’s slasher film franchise.
Both series are made for MTV by DiGa Vision, part of ITV’s production empire.
